The Own-A-Hive program provides individuals or businesses with a unique honey bee experience on their very own property. Program members receive the benefits of landscape pollination, all products from the hive (honey, pollen, wax), and up close encounters with one of the world’s most fascinating insects.
Own-A-Hive Program Benefits
The Own-A-Hive program provides Owners with the following:
- All hive products produced by the hive, including honey, bee pollen, and beeswax (Queen City Bee Co. will extract all products)
- Pollination of landscapes within 2 miles of the hive in urban locations and 6 miles in rural locations
- Opportunity for the Owner to have up close and personal experiences with the bees while a Queen City Bee Co. representative is present at the hive
- For businesses, publicity for your business through Queen City Bee Co. social media platforms
